Good morning ladies,

This morning I did Hardstrikes (thanks Conni) - main cardio program of 30 minutes. I love this one even more! Xtrain has such fun music. I added on 3 segments from Bootcamp which was pretty tough. I had to modify modify modify.

Hard Strikes is fun isn't it? Good for you. Even better that you have 1/2 day tomorrow, lucky pup.

Today was All Out Low Impact Hiit and Core 1, another favorite Cathe cardio for me.

Getting through work is a chore at the moment, lots of divas around here...
 
No workout. Fever, chills, stuffy head and chest cough (chest cold). Overall just don't feel well. Beautiful snow though.
 
Hi ladies I did day 29 and 30 of the challenge. It was a good challenge. I did not like their dance or yoga workouts but other than that good challenge.
