Hi Annette,

Today I did a Cathe Workout Blender of Perfect 30 lower body and cardio. I added on 10 minutes of CG's mountain climber workout + did my own stretch.

I don't know how you have the stamina for such a long workout yesterday. I wish I did as I love to exercise but my body and mind often quit on me.

I am on vacay until Tuesday. Yeah!

Hi Siobhan,

Today I did a 5 minute warm up on YouTube and then did my own Up Beat Tembo Kickbox Jam which is 41 minutes of nonstop cardio Kickbox combos. Actually broke a sweat,yay me!

I am finished. Short and sweet. We got more snow overnight so I am not going to the gym today.
