Hi ladies,

Today was PUP and Ab Hits leaner legs abs.
First time that I matched Cathe pound for pound. I was struggling with the bicep section, but that is my weak spot in this workout every time.
Imax 2 tomorrow, but I did that one recently, so I am thinking of subbing Imax 3 or Party Rockin Step 2.

This morning I did Xtrain Upper Body premix minus shoulders. Then I did two tabatas from Hardstrikes. It was a solid workout.

I'm guessing you meant PUB?

Hi gals, no workout yesterday my dh was home from work because of the ice.

Today I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit for cardio and weights. Knee still not 100% but better than it was. Have a great day.
