Hi ladies,
Checking in without a w/o today and probably more often from now on. Unfortunately I have been advised by my PT not to workout the next 2-3 weeks in order for my body to fully recover as doing only low impact, rolling and dry needling etc is not having any lasting effect. She said sometimes the only way to completely get back on track is to empty my bucket completely and then start a fresh with low impact max 4 times a week and build up from there. She said my body is heading towards a burnout if I don't take a break now.
I hate that this is necessary, but I don't want to risk not being able to handle my day to day stuff and my new job.
