to have one....but I just don't have the space for one :( Lucky you.....

YT- Caroline Jordan- 10 min. Foam Roller Recovery Workout

Good Morning Everyone,

I had to take a rest day yesterday. I woke up at 3am and couldn't fall back asleep. I napped at 5:30am but was too sluggish to try a workout when I wakened a short while later.

Today is a new day and I did a Cathe Live for Upper Body - about 35 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of an STS Triset for shoulders, biceps and triceps. Weird workout but I am glad I did something.

Nora - so glad you tried MPL!!!
Linda - I love Cathe's live express workouts. Always so good

Hi ladies,

Today was 45 minutes on the elliptical and 7 minutes of abwork on the floor.

Shortish but sweet cardio workout.

Linda- Yes I'm excited for DH workingout with Total Gym and he's been doing short workouts on it on his days off and looks forward to using it. I would love to try it to but right now I want to be sure to that he gets in a routine and loves it. I don't want to detract in any way from that right now and have himn put off workouts for me to use it. I want him hooked on it first.
I have tennis elbow and it hurts to do heavy weights so I'm trying to back off a bit with that. I may try going lighter in weights for a while allowing for elbow to heal. I have a special elbow wrap/support I wear to help.

Annette- Another stellar workout for you yesterday at the gym and lifting heavy, WTG!! Bravo on your 65 minute chest and back weight workout ending with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes,
I did barbell bench press starting at 65 pounds for 7 reps, 75 pounds for 7 reps, 85 for 5 reps, 95 for 4, 105 for 2. Then onto the back machine with 25 and 35 pounds on it, then dumbbell press and flyes. Plus floor work. Cathe would be proud no doubt;)
I will pray for all to go well with your foot.
