Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Plyo Legs-Low Impact" - 42 min.
Blender- "All About Pull-ups, Side Bends, & Chest- 16 min.
YT-Redwoods- Cardio Drumming w/Lindsay(Holiday Edition) - 15 min.

Little longer today (yikes)......I forgot all about the blender series I put together last year called
"12 Days of Fitness" (for the holidays). I did it last year in December and so, I went in and
updated the workouts that I could with some new exercises, etc. and it's my plan to start that
on Monday along with my regular workout plans., so daily workouts will be longer than usual.
I thought I better start "practicing" - time wise :)

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live PHA heavy weight express for 33 minutes. No repeats! That was really good and challenging. I added on a 5 minute upper body plank segment from a hoco.

Big workout this morning Linda! Nice job.
Great workouts from everyone yesterday. Wowza. I also like low impact but also love jumping around. It invigorates me.

Core Max — Stability Ball Abs 20 mins (I didn’t get to it yesterday after all)
DONE!

I took LIS LIC more as an active recovery/lighter day workout and modified it for intensity. Gym Styles BSB was yesterday and Gym Styles Legs is tomorrow. I’m not tryna die this week, y’all. :D

Hi ladies,

Today was a weight workout at the gym. Ended up being 95 minutes long, including dumbbells for chest flyes and press, triceps, biceps and shoulders. Then I did a leg press machine, then a chest machine that is newish and I had a personal trainer show me how to modify and adjust it and now it doesn't hurt. Then I did the back machine.

Finished with the sled, strap pull 6, push 7, strap pull 7 and load to 670(3) and after 2 young men tried it first and double teamed it back, I pushed it pretty much the whole distance, Whoohoo!! They helped me unload it. Then I did my floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

That was a long bear of a workout.

Equally as great was your 95 min weight workout at the gym, Annette. WTG!

Girlfriend — you are knocking it OUT! Do you have competition goals or the like? (I mean, other than making gym boys look weak — which, I gotta admit is pretty rad LOL).

No competition goals, I mean I could try for a Guinness record because right now there isn't one for women's sled push.

Basically, I started because we got the sled at the gym and 2 guys challenged me to do 10 plates ( and the plates had to be 45's) and once I did it, I was hooked. I have found that if I don't do the barbell then I can push it better from the start and if I don't eat breakfast I also get it started easier and push better, go figure. Today I was feeling it at the end and had several guys who were on the machines staring at me with their mouths open. I told one guy who kept staring that the show was over and he needed to get back to his workout, LOL.

It is fun to have the respect of the bodybuilding guys who think it is cardio and they don't "do" cardio. It really is a wonderful mix of cardio and weights.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- Post Workout Stretching - Stay for dessert!= 11 Min
