Good Morning Everyone,

DH is travelling (Victoria) and has been in a conference most of the week so I am doing everything around here :( . I do not like having to be responsible for everything. ugh. That said, today I did a 30 minute pilates workout from BB.

Good Tower workout this morning Linda. No matter how we feel, our love of fitness lures us back in, eventually.

Annette - 12:30pm! Your body obviously needed a rest.

Siobhan, 30 minute pilates workout from BB - at least you did something!

I was so hoping the roller would help but did not, so, I'm back at square one wanting to figure out what is going on with my legs. Had x-rays yesterday but no results yet. I rear I will have to go back to the doctor for help.

Hi Ladies,

Today was a 90 minute gym circuit, consisting of 3 machines, dumbbells for chest, biceps, shoulders and triceps moderate weights.

Sled for cardio only, strap pulling and pushing with 1 backward strap run only up to 3 plates.

Then floorwork with light dumbbells for abs, legs and glutes with a short stretch.

The guy who wanted to try the sled hasn't shown up and I have to go dentist appointment at 2:30.

Nice workouts ladies.

Nicki, have they done bloodwork?

Nicki, the workout I did this AM is a CatheLive workout. 37 min. I liked it so much at the time that I actually
purchased the download so I could do it, even without internet. Hope there's nothing serious with your leg.

Today was Cardio Slam from the Strong & Sweaty Series. Since I'm at the end of recovering from a nasty flu, I chose the premix with modifications. It was tough but it felt so good for my body to move & my lungs to BREATHE! I always feel so much better when I work out regularly.

You ladies do some amazing workouts & are very inspiring! I love the positive attitudes that are prevalent in this group, even during the tough times.
 
Siobhan, my hubby told me that your postal service is on strike. If correct, how is not getting mail affecting you?

Nicki- Sorry the roller didn't help your knee. You went to the doctor and had Xrays, maybe you will hear back from them soon. Think positive thoughts for there to be good news to help you feel better.

ICE- Rock'm Sock'm Kickbox- TS # 4- 5 Gone = 36 Min
STS 2 Abs/Core- Standing Abs Metabolic Core Warm Up = 11 Min
