Hi Siobhan,

Today I did my newest Silver and Fit routine which was 61 minutes long. Cardio is done first then ends with weights and Silver and Fit type exercises. I sweated just hope the group likes it.

Hi Annette,

I worked out yesterday but forgot to check in. I think I did a mix of Funk Roberts Kettlebell workout and Mcfit method - forget which body part - likely chest. the days blur as I work all day, then work in my office in the evenings + managing family, training etc.. It's hard to keep track of individual workouts in hindsight.
