Hi Everyone,

Lots of workouts for you this month and year Geoff! I tracked my workouts for years too. I loved the habit but it somehow fell away from me.

Today I did Cathe's STS Plyo Legs (week 3). It's such a great way to work legs and get in cardio.

Annette - I loved seeing your gym! your classes aren't on the green floor are they? in front of everyone?

No, my class is not on the green, it is in an aerobics classroom in another part of the gym.

Today I slept in and ended up staying home and doing 45 minutes of Taebo with my wrist weights on. I felt it.

My vaccine holdout oldest son now has covid. Hopefully it will not be bad.

Nice workout.
