In NC visiting relatives, went to the local gym and did 42 minutes on the elliptical and about 20 minutes of weight including floorwork abs.

Hi all

Yesterday was a rest day and today a short walk.

Ryan and I just got back from AC. We had a great dinner last night and did some gambling.

I am SO excited that I am off until next Wednesday
