Good morning ladies! I hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas Day.....
Nicki, once again, I am so sorry about the loss of both of your aunts.

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Functional Barre Fusion Workout # 1- 22 min.
Blender- "Jump Rope Bonus # 1" - 11 min.

That's it.......today is my Thursday "shortie day" !

I'm hoping to get back on the bandwagon today. I'll post it later when I complete it!
 
I was able to get a workout in today without much pain. The first in a while.
I started with Functional Core Fusion for 32 minutes and finished with Functional Mobility Fusion for 42 minutes.
Hoping I can slowly start ramping up;)

Leslie Sansone- Walk Slim- 3 Fast Miles (Fast Start! 1 &2 Walk)= 45 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Strength- 20 min. FULL STANDING Arms, Shoulders, & Abs Strength Training = 24 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 20-minute Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT) Recovery Ride= 22 Min

Hi ladies,

Today was a 90 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 machines, dumbbell work both light and heavy, sled work to 12 plates, the floorwork with light dumbbell work for triceps, abs, legs, back, and glutes with a stretch.

Nice workouts ladies.
