Good morning girls!

Today's workouts:

Blender: "12 Days of Fitness # 10- Floor Lower Body" - 20 min.
IFit- "Cardio & Strength Chipper" Rowing workout - 20 min.
YT-Workout w/Roxanne- "12 Days of Christmas Full Body Kettlebell workout" - 20 min.(Fun)
YT-Bodyfit by Amy- 10 min. Med Ball Quick Hiit

That's it........
Received Cathe's new workouts yesterday- so far, what I have previewed, looks good!
Hope they get them in the blender today or soon, want to start "blender-ing" some new
express workouts!

Have to try & get to the store today, kind of dreading that.......maybe it won't be too busy.

Great variety and a full body workout. High five!

Today is a “new” one for me:
Pure Strength: Back, Biceps and Abs 42 minutes.
Will add a quick cardio to that one, probably a blast of some sort, to round it out to 60 minutes.

Nothing else stellar planned for today, except making a pear tart and doing some much-needed laundry. Trying to take it easy and maybe watch a Christmas movie with the kiddoes. Hopefully, nothing unexpected happens to blow that up.

The Boy is off crutches! Hallelujah! He’s still on the boot for another couple of weeks, but the bones have mostly healed and his pain is pretty much gone. Huge Christmas blessing.

And the puppers looks adorable in his Christmas bandanna from the groomer. He’s soft and silky and smells good, too.

'Morning Anita!

Pure Strength Back, Biceps & Abs is a good one! Have 42 min. of "pure" fun and
a surprise cardio blast to round it out! I use those warmups from the Pure Strength
series alot in the blender. They're pretty low impact and Cathe is just so darn
cute in those warmups. (she's still "so darn cute", but it's fun to re-visit her back in
the older days)

So glad your son got rid of the crutches and is now just sporting a boot! I'm sure you all
are so happy about that. Watching a Christmas movie with your kids sounds fun &
relaxing!

I bet your doggie looks so cute!
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did S&S Cardio Slam for 45 minutes. I will do my own stretch in a few minutes.

What a bid workout you had this morning Linda. I'm impressed. 70 minutes usually = 90 with all the getting ready, cooling down, moving between etc.

Great workout Siobhan with S&S Cardio Slam for 45 minutes. I really like Cardio Slam,
I usually do the version with the modifications...I need those modifications! :)

Yep, longer workout session today, I am on my way right now, to do the IFit rowing
workout and I'll be done! Usually, when I post, I have completed them, but being
longer today, I took a longer break. The Christmas Kettlebell one on YT was pretty
neat. 12 different moves, starting with first move at 1 rep, then a different move with
2 reps and again the 1st with 1 rep and so on up to 12 ...... I tell you, by the time
you get to 12, that's tough, cause it's 12 reps of a move, 11 on the next, 10, next
and down to 1 and you're done! Glad I discovered it.
 
Done! How stinking cute is that workout? LOL Cathe’s comment about how shrugs shouldn’t be too heavy made me laugh. Oh, how times have changed. And I did spy, sadly, the Cathlete who passed away last summer. I didn’t know she had been a cast member so long. Very sad. Y’all should have warned me about the abs workout of 1000 crunches. I hope I don’t have a laughing or coughing fit in the next few days. My abs will cramp up terribly.

YAY!! you received Cathe's new workout dvd's and got to preview some ot them and you say they look good, awesome!
I'm sure addting the new workouts to the Blender database is on their to do list and probably already working on it.

that in the rotation soon. Plus you mentioned that you will probably add on a quick cardio so in total rouning it out to 60 Min.

Good luck and have fun baking a pear tart, sounds yummy. Take it easy today and kickback with the kiddo's and watch Christmas Movies, enjoy! Congrats your son is off crutches, so cool. I' m sure he's happy about that.
Nice! your puppers is all adorable after seeing the groomers, love that. I love animals especially dogs and cats.

Hi ladies,

Well middle son hit 2 deer this morning on his way to work, sigh. He ended up calling off which isn't great since he has only been there 6 weeks. So thankfully the man who stopped and took one of the deer offered him a ride home.

So I find this out via my dh who I called about a totally different thing. He thought Jeremiah walked home. So I ended up taking him to his car to then bungee cord the front bumper up and follow him to the body shop. Technically the car wasn't drivable because the driver side door wouldn't open. So after dropping the car off I drive him to the rental place to get a car to drive.

So needless to say I go to the gym later than normal.

But I managed a 73 minute workout consisting of dumbbells for chest flyes and press, triceps and shoulders, cable machine for upper body, leg press machine and the sled. New total of 690.5 pounds pushed!! My arms were shaking this time.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch .

I am beat!!

I may try my new Cathe tomorrow.
