Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did my own 30 minute Cathe WB workout which mainly included AOLIH, CLB, SC

Henriette - I am so glad to see you checking in. I can only imagine how much time you get back by NOT working out. You are still moving that body of yours though - 10,000 steps! You and Annette are so diligent.

Hi Ceci and all who follow,

Today I was going to do Pilates but my weight is up (though I think it is all muscle gain because my measurements are the same ), so I wanted a good cardio. So I ended up doing This is Taebo which was 50 minutes long and burned tons of calories.

Hope everyone who follows has a good workout or rest day.

Hey there Linda ....hope you are keeping well. :) Great job on all of your bball trainings Henriette & enjoying your "extra" time. My commute is almost always a smushed sardine trip as well! lol. As long as I don't get a laptop bag in the face, I don't mind!
I have been keeping quite busy, went to a couple of acupuncture appointments which were sorely needed and while I have been doing short stints of mobility work, I have not been getting workouts in. I am sure after the holiday I will be back to joining you all again! I did go on a long walk today in the snow! It was lovely. We do not see winter conditions on the Wet Coast too often.
