Hi gals,

Cold one today.

I came to the gym and did 60 minutes on the elliptical this time set on intervals, 15 minutes in reverse.


Then 10 minutes of floorwork abs ,legs and glutes.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did MH Upper Body + another MH total body + a 3 minute burnout. I did my own stretch. I think I will try out a cathe live lower body tomorrow.

And yes, baby it's cold outside. whoa.
