Hi Siobhan,
Today I worked on my Aqua 4 collection workout and I think I have it figured out. It will be an hour long circuit with all the weights at the end. That seems to work better.
Then I did a 40 minute pyramid style weight workout up and down, for chest, shoulders, biceps and triceps with abs and incline chest flies and presses but only 2 different weights.
Think I am finished now. Just need to type up 2 workouts now. And I am hungry.
We got dumped on too with snow yesterday. Fun fun.
