Hi Annette,

Today I did a short 30 minute no rest cardio workout by Caroline G. Slept in as I had trouble falling asleep last night (napped midday and had a late coffee :( )

Nice workout.

After wrangling the animals with a trip to the vet, I had all intentions of going to the gym for weights. But after fighting with cats and a hyper dog (thankfully hubby with with me and handled the dog) I stayed home and did 35 minutes of weight work for shoulders, biceps triceps, back, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I used ankle weights for the leg floorwork.

Then I put in my newest music and with some printed out routines, attempted to put together a workout for my Silver and Fit class. I made 2 of the middle songs weight songs so it will be a 61 minute circuit when it is all said and done. Need to tweak it more and then write it up. Hopefully it won't be too hard for them. So that was my cardio.

Yes, I am happy with my labs. Tomorrow I get the permanent crown put on so my workout will only be my class, which is why I did weights today.
