Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did my own PUB/PLB of biceps/back and static lunge only and added on 20 minutes of SSOH Christmas Spin. OMG - that was some fun music! I think I will do it again tomorrow.

Good morning, ladies.

Wednesdays are my day "off"....which means I run around like a madwoman. lol No workout--but I prepared meals for next 2 days--which is time consuming on my special diet. Had a couple of meetings & took a *cough* *cough* nap.

Started Timesaver today. I dusted these off these--and there's my old crew I'm used too: Rhonda, CeeCee. Cathe looks so young! Timesaver #1 is so much FUN. Step is what got me into working out--so much fun. It has the triceps (which mine were still burning from Tuesday).

Pooches name is Ella, thanks for asking CeciFifi. :)
 
Good morning

Today was Shredded Upper Body with Ball plus Abs Live. Another great workout!

Melanie - do you have to work weekends or is Wed off in addition to the weekends? When my kids were babies I stayed at home. Once they went to school, I worked part time. It seemed like there weren't enough hours in the day and I only had 2 kids!

I work 10 hour days and every other Saturday. I’m a pharmacy manager, love the work but miss the kids much.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did one of my own workouts Weights Cardio and Weights 2 which is just over an hour long.

Then I took a short break and then put in Cathe's MMA Kickbox just the cardio portion but I did do the stretch at the end so total about 43 minutes.

Now I am beat. Shoulder still hurts just not all the time just when I do certain moves. One that hurts is front raise, oh my that one is the worst.
