Hi ladies,
Today I stayed home and did one of my own workouts Weights Cardio and Weights 2 which is just over an hour long.
Then I took a short break and then put in Cathe's MMA Kickbox just the cardio portion but I did do the stretch at the end so total about 43 minutes.
Now I am beat. Shoulder still hurts just not all the time just when I do certain moves. One that hurts is front raise, oh my that one is the worst.
