Today's workouts:

KCM- Power Split- Premix: Power Upper Body-no finishers - 22 min.
Blender add-on: STS 2-Chest - 8 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training # 57- 10 min. Upper Body weights & Rowing EMOM
Hydrow- 1 min. Challenge Row in Japan

That's it.....have appointment to get hair trimmed today, it needs it ! :)

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Cathe's Metabolic Express (her latest) - 27 minutes and 31 minutes of Midas MVMT Pull Day - 31 minutes. Cathe's workout was okay. I don't like too many moves balled into one giant move. I don't want to work/think hard when I am exercising. That said, I loved working out with Cathe. She brings so much heart to her work.

Nora - wowza! what a workout you had yesterday
Annette - I can't imagine how many calories you burned on that elliptical for an hour
Linda - big mash-up today for you!

Does anyone know what happened to VideoFitness. I cannot sign on anymore and it's been like this for months. Someone else complained about this on there and then it happened to me. Any thoughts?

Hi ladies,

Hubby had his post op appointment and can go back to work on light duty for 2 weeks. Yay!!

Today I came to the gym and did a 75 minute full body weight workout including barbell, dumbbells, back machine, 3 leg machines, the sled and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus some standing abs and a standing stretch. Plus I saw my friend Judy after not seeing her for 2 weeks.

Gotta go home and see if hubby's car is ready.

I agree with you I don't want a complicated workout having to remember and concentrate on each andevery move or step. Oh I did check Video Fitness Forum and had no troubles loggin in at all. Maybe the site was partially down for maintainance.

Nice workout Siobhan with CL Metabolic Blast & Midas MVMT Pull Day. Long workout!
I recently did that CL, & I liked the metabolic exercises, but had my Ropeless jump rope
close by and did that on a few of the cardio blasts that I didn’t care for.

Annette, nice 75 minute full body weight workout at the gym. Glad hubby got the
”green light” from the doctor, or maybe the “yellow” light for a couple weeks!! :)
