Today I did a short workout blender of sts squat rack legs + 25 minutes of SSOD spinning.

Glad to see some of us checking in. It's not always easy with the busy pace of life.

I try to check in everyday but sometimes it's every other :)

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 21 minutes on the stair machine and then did 20 minutes of weight work for shoulder, back, biceps and abs, then did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Hot again today.
