Hydrow - Upper Body Strength with dumbbells - 10 min.,
5 min. Rowing on Charles River in Boston
5 min. Standing Post-Row Mobility
Blender- "Metabolic & Core & On the floor" - 27 min.

Nice workout Linda!!!

Today I did more Olivia Lawson 40 minutes of cardio (wow - that was enduring) and added on a 10 minute Olivia Lawson lower body abs workout (again - challenging and could not keep up). Now, to stretch.

So nice to see us all manage to work out yesterday. Yeah for us!!!

Hi ladies,

Really bad night last night, restless leg took over even with the meds and I jerked and jumped all.night.long!! I got no sleep whatsoever.

So I basically got up around 6 ish and took a shower. I went to the gym early and did a 90 minute full body weight workout including barbell press, cable work for shoulders and upper chest, dumbbells for shoulders, triceps and biceps and chest flyes and press. I then I did 5 leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and short stretch. And of course my leg us no longer twitching.

Today is my oldest son's 31st birthday !! Hard to believe.

So sometime I need a nap,LOL!

Annette, great gym workout doing a 90 minute full body weight workout including barbell press, cable work for shoulders and upper chest, dumbbells for shoulders, triceps and biceps and chest flyes and press. I then I did 5 leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and short stretch. WOW!

Linda- So cool you got in a passport workout rowing down Charleston River In Boston.
As someone who doesn't do almost no traveling to to other states I always love the sound of passport workouts.

Bravo on today's gym workout that consisted of:

90 Minute full body weight workout targetng upper body, legs, and floor work abs, legs and glutes and finally a stretch. Along the way go to use some cool gym toys: barbells, cabels, dumb bells, & leg machines.
Wow, where does the time go with your kids. Before you know bam, they're not only grown up but having a 31st Birthday!
