Hi Everyone,

Today I decided to take a rest day and stretched for 30 minutes instead. I needed it. My lower back and hips are tight again. ugh.

big workout yesterday annette! whoa. glad to read your doggy is on the mend a bit. we love our dogs :)

Pretty much a rest day here too. I laid in the sun for 2 hours. Then I did 10 minutes each of 2 different cardio kickboxing routines. So roughly 20 minutes of not much.

I am really hot today but had no desire to go to the gym.

Nice stretching today.
