Today I did a mix of Bully Juice 34 minutes of cardio and Bully Juice 10 minutes of weighted abs. I am sweating. Wow. Love this guy.

Hi ladies,

Hubby seems to be doing well. Hardly any pain (which makes me a tad bit jealous) which is good. I managed a few errands today and he was by himself but middle son was a phone call away.

So while he sleeps and the Orioles game on the tube, I did a good solid 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus standing abs and legs. Felt good. If hubby is doing well tomorrow I may attempt the gym for a short cardio or weight work out.
