Hi Everyone,

Sorry to be MIA - just pure busy-ness got me.

Yesterday was a rest day. Tuesday I did spinning + cathe's triceps or shoulders or something. Today, I did more SSOD tabata bootcamp - 30 minutes + 15 minute stretch.

Hi ladies,

Today I subbed at the gym for the 9 o'clock class, I had 6 and we did an all cardio workout for 50 minutes.

Then I did 37 minutes on the elliptical and some stability ball abs.

Youngest son ended up at the doctor's yesterday and has a touch of pneumonia, poor kid.
