Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Gym Style Back, shoulders & biceps. I didn't feel like doing cardio today.

Conni - I am so curious about the paint colours you chose. We have more painting ahead too - thanks to you. And.... good job on BM2!!!!!

I hope your new job is going well Carmen.

Hi Siobhan,

For the bathrooms I used Vast Sky with Extra white trim by Sherwin Williams. I like using the Duration Semi- Gloss for the easy to clean finish.
What do you use???

I did BM1 yesterday, I might have said 2, but I actually like the original cardio section better than the other version.
Today was Imax 2, but enough is enough with the stepping, so I did Petra's Bootcamp Boogie, a deceptive interval workout that is really anerobic if you ramp it up.

Hopefully first golf match of the season today...looks kind of rainy at the moment.
 
Hi gals,

Today I did CTX Chest (no push ups) and shoulders, then did Jeanette Jenkin's Sexy Legs Arms and Abs the floorwork for abs and legs (and my legs were still sore from Tuesday:eek:), then I did Taebo Express Kicks for a little bit of cardio.:D

And it is hot and humid again today so that didn't help my workouts any, I almost didn't do the floorwork or cardio,but I made myself. Still trying to lose what I gained over last weekend and I am 2 pounds away from my low again, sigh. Always a battle.:(
