One week until DS moves into his dorm...oh boy.

Today was Cathe Live Drill Max. Much more fun than the dvd!

Taking the day off tomorrow to get some things for DS and college. Lots to do before move in day!

My college boy leaves bright and early tomorrow to fly to Florida for his last semester in college.

Today was the KCM Boxing Combos premix, it is extremely humid today so I was feeling the heat.
