Hi Siobhan,
Today I came to the gym and ended up doing an 85 minute weight workout that included all but 1 leg machine ( so 6 machines for legs including both thigh machines), barbell chest press going up to 80 pounds this time(taking it slow don't want to injured myself), the back and shoulder machines, dumbbells for chest, biceps and triceps, the sled and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
So pretty much a concentration on lower body today. My legs are going to scream later .
Tomorrow the pool!!!
