Good morning Tammy and all who straggle along with us today,

You are so right about this week..We have three people in my department and I am the only one here this week. Needless to say it has been ugly, and I am exhausted. I feel like I have been at this desk for a month solid!

Today was supposed to be SB, I think this one is really boring on my brain actually, way too much tifting. I subbed Seasun's SUS, then did her core work from TNS. Can't wait until she puts out some new stuff!

Hi Fitties!

I woke up with a very stiff and aching back. I decided to make it a yoga day and just did beginner flow from Shiva Rea. I'm just not a yoga person but I keep trying to add it into my workouts. I'm sure it is great for flexibility and I can use all the help I can get.
I think I'll add in some corework and that's it for today.

Connie, you must be really good with choreography. I just canNOT get Seasun's stuff at all. She just moves to quickly for me. I'd LOVE to get a workout of her's figured out, because I am sure they are tons of fun once you "get it ". Good going!}(

Becky, another thing in common! I dont like yoga either. I am just not very flexible! It's a lot of work for me.

I'm getting ready for S/H tris and bis. Some serious procrastination is happening this AM. The rest of the fam is awake and moving already and I'm just sitting here typing.

I'm planning on going to Cathe's gym tomorrow morning for her step class. Since I'm on vacation and I don't know when I'll get the chance again!

Can I just cry?!? I finally have a week when I can get all my workouts in without having to do 2 workouts in a row and wouldn't you know it my back goes out!!!;( :eek: So I can barely function today, sigh. At least I still have tomorrow and Sat. to still get in 3 workouts for the week, but honestly I can't win and my weight was even down a little this morning.:)

As for me I have been miserably out of sync with a rotation and I need to get my booty back in gear with my fitness routine ** Sighs**

I'm right there with you! I woke up with real pain in my upperback/neck. That's why I chose yoga for today. I thought it might help, but no cigar ! Neither did a hot shower. Can't get anything done that I'd planned today.....so I am just being a bum.
I seem to have muscle pulls and pain in my back all the time anymore. I have no idea why, but it's frustrating!!:-(

So I really DO feel your pain and hope you and I both heal up FAST and can get back to our workouts!!!:)
 
We all seem to be subject to back and neck issues. I don't know if it is just a weaker area in women perhaps, or if it is age. Interesting though...hmm..

I am a choreography junkie. That is my problem with Cathe's cardio. Most of the time it just gets too monotonous (sp?) for me.
 
Hey Phyllis! Just wanted to let you know that there is really nothing to report as I did not do an ITread work out this morning. I opted to "go it alone" and just did a 3 mile steady state run while watching "Dr. Keith". LOL

Hello everyone!

I'm checking in but have no workout to report. SIGH!! I wish one of you lived close enough to kick me in the rear LITERALLY! I did go fabric shopping with my stepmother today, who is a terrific seamstress, she can make anything! We found the fabric for my roman shades for the kitchen. I actually starting putting some colors together, paint, etc. for my bathroom and bedroom. I think my focus has shifted so much from fitness to decorating. I'm wondering if my brain can handle both at the same time. (I think laziness might have something to do with it too!):eek:

Maybe I'll do something tomorrow. I really need to get busy, I have gained about 7 pounds and I need to get it off!.
