Hi Annette and PoohPeggy,

Today I did a mix of Caroline G's chest (push-ups only), shoulders and triceps + added on 15 minutes of Movement Parallels Life. It was tough.

I hope you both get in your workouts today! Thank goodness it's been a bit cooler in the mornings.
 
Hi Siobhan and Peggy,

Today I came to the gym and did 70 minutes of weight work including the back machine, almost all the leg machines (which I don't normally do), dumbbell benchmark for chest, tris and bis, then floorwork for abs and legs.

My buttocks on one side is really hurting, dull achey hurt that stretching helps but doesn't last. And my hubby thinks I might have a rotator cuff issue with my right shoulder, sigh. Can't win.
