Hi Siobhan and Peggy,
Today I came to the gym and did 70 minutes of weight work including the back machine, almost all the leg machines (which I don't normally do), dumbbell benchmark for chest, tris and bis, then floorwork for abs and legs.
My buttocks on one side is really hurting, dull achey hurt that stretching helps but doesn't last. And my hubby thinks I might have a rotator cuff issue with my right shoulder, sigh. Can't win.
