YT- Jump Rope Mom- Resistance Loop & Jump Rope- 16 min.

Nice workout Linda!

Today I opted for a 40 minute yoga workout with Ashely Turner from Gaia. It was just right.

Nice to see you both getting in some kind of workout yesterday, Nora and Annette.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- Workout with me!- 45 min Rhythm Ride= 45 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Post Workout Stretching- Stay for dessert!= 11 Min

******UPDATE********* Change fof plans due to lack of sleep and errands I did nnot do ICE- LIS today but did the rest.

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did a 75 minute weight workout including barbell press starting at 75 pounds for 8 reps and ending with 95 pounds for a very shaky almost lost it 2 reps, in between was 80 and 85 pounds for 6 and 4 reps respectively. Then the back machine using 25 and 30 again like Tuesday, then dumbbell flyes , hammer curls , triceps overhead, wrist curls, shoulder press, and front raises. Then I did the sled, followed by 3 leg machines and ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch.

I feel real shaky so it must have been a good workout.
