Hi Everyone,

Today I did more SSOD spin/KB workout. I could not keep up with a woman who is 23 weeks pregnant in the video???? I add on some Cathe pyramid pump chest/ shoulders. Now - to stretch.

Hi all:

Ceci-I was useless when I was pregnant. SO tired all the time all I could do for exercise was walking. Once I had 2 kids I was done :)

Today was Cardio Boxing with Metabolic Conditioning Live.

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 19 minutes on the stair machine and then 38 minutes on the elliptical machine.

I am sore from my class yesterday, eek!!

When I was pregnant I did aerobics 3 times a week up until 38 weeks with my first, 30 weeks with my 2nd and only through the 2nd trimester with my 3rd(Braxton hicks contractions were more prevalent with the 3rd). And the instructor didn't like that they were so frequent so she asked me to stop.
