Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's Live Road Trip Bootcamp. That was fun but wow - Cathe's leggings are amazing! What brands does she normally wear? I cannot get over just how many can fit in that gym. I'd get claustrophobic if I was tucked in at the very back.

I had mammogram's office call to re-schedule for October 27th. Please pray/ send well wishes for all to be well.
 
Hi ladies,

Today my plans kinda changed, I did a 32 minute kickboxing workout off of YouTube. Then I laid in the sun for 30 minutes. Went to my doctor's appointment, he wants to check my A1C because my surgery day sugar levels were high. So I had my blood drawn, pray it is normal.

So I did not make it to the gym just not into it.

Tomorrow should be the last pool day of the season. If I wake up early enough I might go to the gym before the pool.

Nora, I will say a prayer for you.

Hi girls, change of plans. I did not get to do YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- Refreshing Active Recovery Ride= 21 Min. My DH came home sick so I'm taking care of him. We had to cancel our out of plans to go out of town Friday. I still will not workout so I can take care of DH.

Thank you Linda and Annette for your prayers and well wishes for my now October Mammogram. I truly welcome them and deeply appreciate them.

Yay Annette your A1C was normal! Awesome!!!
