Hi ladies,
Carmen - Let me see if I am getting this straight. All this craziness is about HAIR??
1) Wear the wig, they will get over it.
2) People say alot of stupid things around wedding times, the stress of the occasion bring out out the idiotic moments as well.
3) Give this no more attention than it deserves. Wear what you want, go and enjoy the day. Believe me, they are already seeing how stupid they are behaving and will wish they had never said ( or posted ) this stuff.
My mother passed away from cancer when I was young, and she lost her hair several times due to chemo. After awhile she realized just how trivial that was in the grand scheme of things, and didn't take her hair all that seriously. Interestingly enough, she never went gray ( she was 50), but her remaining 6 sisters and 3 brothers all had gone gray by that point.
I myself have extremely short hair, and have colored it many colors over the years ( my favorite being this really neat grape shade..but I have never been blonde
). I really don't place alot of importance on my hair, I learned that valuable lesson a long time ago.
So do want you want, and give it the level of importance it deserves. The important thing is the ceremony, right?
JMTCW....
BTW - today was HR scrambled eggs premix. Ouchy!!!
Siobhan - I am not nuts about that one either, but it was a nice change from the hits and tabatas...
Annette - How are you losing all those pounds???? Fantastic!
