Hi ladies,

Another month starting today, hard to believe it is that time already. School will start before I know it, golf already starting next week for DS, holy moly.

Today was a circuit day on the rotation - I did Circuit Blast and 100 crunches added. I was still sweating afterwards.
 
Hi Ladies I missed a couple of days this week (no workout :() but made up for it today with Jillian's BFBM, I could not finish the last circuit. I felt so much stronger doing this workout than ever before. I brought lots of intensity to each move which must be why I could not go on!. Hot in the garage too, I'm drenched but feel exhilarated.

Hi gals,

I did 45 min. of heavy weight work for shoulders, triceps, biceps and chest including MIS abs for my abwork. Then I did Cardio Kicks' Power Drills and cooldown for my short but sweet cardio.

My triceps were still sore from Tuesday's workout so I hope I did overdo it, but I did managed 25 pounds dumbbells and did 6 reps of hammer curls and hammers with a twist with them so that was good:). I changed some of the exercises from what I did on Tuesday.
