Daily Check in Thursday April 9th, 2020

Hi Everyone,

I didn't check in yesterday and I'm not sure why... I think I did a short 35 minute Milhoy workout + 10 minutes of Xtrain Cardio Leg blast weighted moves only + my own stretch.

I am off again - don't know when I'll be called for the next rotation but it could be next Thursday for 10 days. We shall see. I am not seeing clients in person so it's not too bad. Plus, I get to see all my co-workers which I like. My only worry is that I will be deployed to shelters or long term care....

Hi Ceci,

Today I found on YouTube some really good fast pace kickboxing music, just music, so I just ad libbed my way through about 50 minutes of the 59 minutes of music. It was soon nice, just kicking and punching and squatting and jumping jacking and skiing to the music. It was great!!

Then I did Cathe's Pyramid work out the upper body up only premix with my own abs during her ab work, this was 40 minutes.

Now the fire alarm is going off and there is NO fire!! It is annoying and keeps saying FIRE while beeping insanely loud!!

Today was Rock em Sock em Live and yoga.

No time for a walk as work is really busy.

Ceci do you not have a choice on where you are deloyed?
