Hi Annette,

Today I had a very short 35 minute workout. I did RWH biceps and triceps + PUB bi's, tri's and shoulders. I didn't take as much rest as Cathe. I let myself sleep in today.

And 1000 calories. Yee haw. I would love that! Good for you!

Hi Siobhan,

Today is a very rainy day even had some thunder.

So I stayed home and did a recommended Les Mills Body Combat by Xeen. Don't know who or what Xeen is but the group of Chinese young folks doing the routine were hilarious even in their native tongue and broken English. It was 51 minutes long. They sang to the music in English and to each other,LOL!

Then I did 25 minutes of Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme which was the 1st, 2 combos and the combination of 1 and 2.

Hubby came home early from work.

Nice workout for you too.
