Today's workouts:

Bitgym- 25 min. Treadmill Walk inside the Mall of America Bloomington, Minnesota
Blender- Mixed Bootcamp #7- Biceps & Triceps - 25 min.

Hair appt late morning....have a good day & workouts !
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of a 45 minute total body Michelle Briehler workout and added on 17 minutes of Zumba Class which isn't Zumba. That's why it's easy. I just can't shake my hips.

Great workout Linda. Enjoy being pampered. And, it's c-c-c-cold here.

Great workouts yesterday Annette and Nora.

Hi Siobhan, nice long 45 min Michelle Briehler workout with some Zumba (not Zumba :)) mixed in. Don't worry, I'm not a hip shaker either.... LOL!
I believe you said you were going out of town tomorrow for a few days.....enjoy your trip,

Right there with you Siobhan, I don't have any hips to shake,LOL!

Today was a 70 minute weight workout including barbell, dumbbells, the sled ( new record 608 pounds push ) and floorwork. I am beat.

Nice workouts ladies!
