Good morning everyone,

I did 40 minutes of stretching again this morning. It has helped quite a bit. I think my whole lower body is very tight. I am seeing an ostepath today which might help even more - I hope.

Today was Yvette Bachman Hiit Cardio. She is tough!

Ceci-I have been having the same issues with my lower body. I am always tight. The extra stretching does help. It's tough getting old :)

Hi ladies,

Tad bit better, it is going to my chest so I have a croupy cough that sounds worse than it is.

My gym story is in yesterday's responses.

Today I stayed home and did my own Killer Kickbox routine which is about 45 minutes, then I did Taebo Fat Blasting cardio which is 32 minutes.

I am awaiting an email response/answer from the gym today. After which I will decide what I am doing.

Hi Annette,
I just read what is happening. I am so sorry. They must have misunderstood you! that's awful. I hope things work out for you. I hope your employer understands your perspective. It's so important to feel heard.
