Hi Everyone,

Today I did a 45 minute yoga workout from SSOD.

Lisa - I am with you - my body is needing a bit of a rest from the enduring workouts I've been doing since lockdown began

Annette - I am really amazed at how much time you are able to give to working out but I understand now - it's your norm as a fitness instructor

Hi ladies,

Figured I had better redeem my Cathe card, so today I did Cathe's Hard Strikes the cardio and stretch which was 35 minutes. Oh and I had my wrist weights for this one.

Then I did Cathe's MMA Kickbox cardio only plus the stretch it was 42 minutes.

Then I ended with 27 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Yes, Ceci, it is what my body is used to now. Though I really really really miss the elliptical at the gym.

I so want this all to be over,sigh.
