Hi Everyone,

Today I did ICE LI Lower Body. Wow, that was tougher than I remember. I wanted an easy workout for today but this was not it! It was fun.

I am an essential service so yes - we are all still on lockdown but rotating week to week. This week is my turn. I won't see clients but I will be helping them over the phone. I've heard it's so busy they are offering overtime. tough times for people.

Hi ladies,

Today I did my own Kickbox Frenzy that was 43 minutes wearing both my 2 pound each ankle weights and my 2 pound each wrist weights.

Then I did 32 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes most of the time still with the ankle weights on.

Very very sore from yesterday's workout, way more squats than I am used to in that workout .
