Hi Annette,

Today I did a mish mosh of Funk Roberts - 15 minutes of a bodyweight workout + 35 minutes of CG's total upper body (although there was no bicep work).

Enjoy your final week teaching. You've been a dedicated teacher, creating endless workouts.

Re: my sister - unfortunately, we moved her because her house is closing on Tuesday and everything needed to be out. She likely won't be leaving the hospital.

Today I stayed home (I have a dentist appointment this afternoon and didn't want to feel rushed) and did a Cardio Dance Party with Clau & Paty on YouTube. It actually was a 37 minute cardio kickboxing workout complete with a cooldown. Then I did 10 minutes of another one but it was straight high impact and I couldn't do most of it. So 47 minutes of cardio, not bad.

At least you got a nice workout in this morning. See you tomorrow.
