Bitgym- 13 min. elliptical hike at Shompole Conservatory, Kenya
IFit- Reindalen Creek, Norway Recovery Skier Workout - 19 min.

Today I did a mish mosh of RWH LIHI Chest, biceps and triceps. I added on a 20 minute Michelle Briehler cardio workout.

Nice workout this morning, Linda and a big high five to you both, Nora and Annette, for getting in your workouts.

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 65 minutes of shoulder work using dumbbells, a machine and cables. Then I did the sled but only to 8 plates, then ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. Then I came home and did 26 minutes of the newest 50 minute garage Taebo with my wrist weights on. I am finished now.

Nice workouts everyone. Yes, nice day but not quite nice enough to lay in the sun, too much overcast and the temperature is only in the upper 60's.

Nice shoulder, sled, & floorwork day at the gym Annette followed by half of garage Taebo. Wow, you had a nice long workout day too! It’s warmer here today too, but
rainy & a lot cooler tomorrow.

Annette, I remembered something you said recently…:), when I go to the Walmart closest to me, I travel the “back way” cause it’s faster, which is thru country & farmland.
The liquid manure was reeking today :)…I remembered that day you were out in the sun & your comment. Today I totally agreed!!
