Today I did ..... Slow and Heavy biceps - thanks Henriette

I added in ICE low impact sweat 1 - which I enjoyed

I will check in on saturday. I am heading to pick up my DD from ottawa today

Elsie - what a tragedy in Toronto indeed. So senseless. So many hurt and killed.

Hi Ceci, and all who follow,

Today I did Cathe's Rock Em Sock Em workout. It actually got my pulse rate up so that was good for me.

Sunny day here supposed to be mid 60's so that will be nice. Though there is a cooler breeze blowing.

Add on 32 minutes on the elliptical machine and 15 minutes of legs and abs, (leg press machine, then floorwork legs and abs).

Hi all!

After yesterday's Leg & Shoulder work I wanted to do some cardio today, so I did BodyCombat. Always enjoy the music there, but the leg conditioning section was painful after yesterday!

Tomorrow is the King's bday so we have a public holiday. Yeah! I love 3 day weekends!
