Hi ladies,
Today I did my own Caribbean inspired dance routine just to see why I had not put it in the rotation for my class. It was roughly 42 minutes and other than a few too many repetitions of some moves not a bad routine.
Then I spent about 15 minutes adding more combo type kickbox moves to both of my Kickbox Intervals.
Then I did a Cardio Boxing kicking Popsugar workout off of You Tube which was 34 min. My legs will be screaming later, whoa!!
