Hi ladies,

Today I found a workout on YouTube called Billy Blanks Taebo Bootcamp Cardio Sculpt which used light handweights combined with cardio speed to make a very intense workout. He hit triceps hard. It was 53 minutes.

Then I did Cathe's Cardio Kicks the warm up, drills and cool down which was 35 minutes.

Then I did 20 minutes of floor work for abs and legs.

I am beat.

Today was In the Ring Live and a Sydney Cummings stretch.

Annette you seem to like kickboxing. Have you tried any of the Cathe live workouts? They are outstanding.

Lisa, I am not a subscriber to any of Cathe's live streaming platforms. So I only have my DVDs. But yes I love kickboxing!
