Hi ladies,
Today was a shorter workout, about 50 minutes consisting of weights for back so the back machine 25 and 35 pounds, lying dumbbell overhead for upper back, and the rear delt machine, the cardio was the sled running or backwards pulling it with 3 and 4 plates using the strap for the pulls, and then floorwork for abs, legs, and glutes and a stretch. Short but intense with no rest between exercises.
