Blender- STS 1.0- Lower Body # 1 - 25 min.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's Strong and Sweaty Cardio Slam. I did the whole darn thing! 50 minutes. Now, to stretch.

Linda - nice workout. I miss spending time on the blender. I wasted a lot of hours there. It was fun but I just don't seem to have the time. Why do I never feel like I have enough time? ugh. Does anyone else feel like this?

Nora - great minds think alike. We both pulled out some S&S workouts!

Hi ladies,

Today was a shorter workout, about 50 minutes consisting of weights for back so the back machine 25 and 35 pounds, lying dumbbell overhead for upper back, and the rear delt machine, the cardio was the sled running or backwards pulling it with 3 and 4 plates using the strap for the pulls, and then floorwork for abs, legs, and glutes and a stretch. Short but intense with no rest between exercises.

Nice workouts everyone!

Good job Annette with your back, sled, & floorwork workout. 50 minutes…I think that’s pretty long :), but I know your workout time is more than that most of the time.
