Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did the cardio only off one of my workouts but changed the music to a different CD to see how it went. It did ok. That was only 20 minutes or so.

Then I found a Popsugar workout with Jeanette Jenkins and I did it which was 45 minutes. Mostly kickboxing, cardio sculpt and some metabolic moves and a wee bit of floorwork. Nice sweaty workout.
