Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Upper Body Birthday Party" - 48 min.
CrossRope- "Ropeless Jump Rope Low Impact Workout #1- 11 min.

That's it....I am sure a nap will follow later..................

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more T&D - an upper body pyramid workout for 37 minutes. I added on an 8 minute T&D plank workout. That pyramid workout was challenging and fun.

Linda - nice mish mosh today. Yesterday's workout was off the charts interesting!
Annette - your description of your workout made me chuckle - only one kickboxing segment :)
Nora - that was your scaled back workout? that was longer than my regular workout. your stamina is amazing
Nicki - Fingers crossed it's all getting worked out in your favour. Please keep checking in. I find our check-in keeps me on track with workouts else I'd take more rest days. I love everyone's comments and enjoy seeing what y'all choose to do each day.

I'm heading to Ottawa for the long Easter weekend. My DH never comes as it's tax season and he has a small tax business (outside of his day job :( ) so it will just be me, my DD's and my MIL enjoying Easter dinner and some good wine.

Hi ladies,

Hubby is working from home today, but I still made it to the gym for an 85 minute gym circuit.

I tried to fry my legs today, I did 3 leg machines including trying for the 1st time the lay on your stomach one and work the back of your thighs, oh my!! My legs were toast and shaky after that. Then I moved onto the flye machine, then the back machine and then the shoulder machine.

Then onto dumbbells for chest press 20's and 25's only, hammer with the same, concentration curls with 20's. Various other biceps and forearm with 12.5, seated clean and press with 12.5, shrugs with 20's (I think).

Sled up to 12 plates with jelly legs oh my!!

Floorwork and light dumbbells for triceps and shoulders, dumbbell work for abs, legwork and glutes and I did 3 deadlifts using the barbell that was already loaded at 37 pounds. I never do deadlifts.

Then a stretch.

My legs are still feeling it.

Sorry I'm very late today. I'm just now trying to get dinner, ugh! It's been a long day. I did not get to workout today, darn it! But I did read all your posts. Linda and Siobhan- Bravo on your workouts today, awesome job!:)

Annette- Bravo on your 85 Min gym circuit workout, today always inspirational and awesome, Bravo!!
