Hubby is working from home today, but I still made it to the gym for an 85 minute gym circuit.
I tried to fry my legs today, I did 3 leg machines including trying for the 1st time the lay on your stomach one and work the back of your thighs, oh my!! My legs were toast and shaky after that. Then I moved onto the flye machine, then the back machine and then the shoulder machine.
Then onto dumbbells for chest press 20's and 25's only, hammer with the same, concentration curls with 20's. Various other biceps and forearm with 12.5, seated clean and press with 12.5, shrugs with 20's (I think).
Sled up to 12 plates with jelly legs oh my!!
Floorwork and light dumbbells for triceps and shoulders, dumbbell work for abs, legwork and glutes and I did 3 deadlifts using the barbell that was already loaded at 37 pounds. I never do deadlifts.
Then a stretch.
My legs are still feeling it.
