Today I did a mix of Cathe's Live Burn Sets for bi's and tri's and added on Hoco for 15 minutes. It was 45 minutes in total. Now, to stretch.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I only managed 33 minutes of Taebo with both ankle and wrist weights on. Kept getting interrupted by texts from my son who was at the eye doctor.

So little lame, but something nevertheless.
