Today's workouts:

Blender- Double It- High Step & Floor Circuits # 2- 20 min.
Hydrow CT # 17- Rowing & Lower Body AMRAP - 20 min.
YT- Jump Rope Dudes- "Best" 5 min Jump Rope workout

Great workout Linda! Lots of variety to keep it interesting.

Today I did more MB - not sure why I am stuck on her. She is amazing but I will eventually return to Cathe. I always do. Today was a total body metabolic workout for 48 minutes using heavy weights. It was tough but fun. 9am massage this morning so off I must run.

Congrats on getting your workouts in yesterday Nora and Annette. And Nora, I essentially go to Ottawa every 6 weeks to see my adult children (take them shopping, of course) and to spend time with my MIL. She is lonely. She cooks up a hungarian storm for me (food sits out on the stove top for days so I am often scared to eat it but I never fall ill - phew - I know gross :) ).

Hi ladies,

Today was bicep and sled day. I started with 10 pound dumbbells and did 26 reps of curls, hammer, hammer with a twist, and concentration curl (preacher curls I think is the other name). Then dropped to 12 reps with 12.5 pound dumbbells, 10 reps with 15 (dropping the regular curls), 8 with 20, and 6 with 25's. I added wrist curls at the end.

Then I did the sled from 7 plates pulled backwards and 8 pushed forward, to 9 pulled backwards to a new record of 618 pushed forward. I was beat!!

Then floorwork for legs, abs and glutes.

About 62 minutes worth.

Great job Siobhan with a 48 min. TB metabolic workout & massage. I love ❤️ metabolic workouts…. I am funny about food…don’t know if I would partake in it like that :), but who knows….maybe it makes no difference….

Annette, another stellar day with the sled making a new record (yay) and a good biceps day. Way to rock it or should I say, push/pull it :)

Annette- WOW!! Another record 618 pounds! You go girl, that is awesome:)!! Way to go on another amazing gym workout with biceps & sled day, and then floor work for legs, abs, and glutes, total about 62 min of great stuff;)

yep, I am trying to keep my daily time allowance for workouts to no longer than an hour…..could be a longer workout, or several shorter ones, which I prefer….could be more sometimes, but trying to keep it in the hour range, or less…..it’s been working out pretty good
