Hydrow CT # 17- Rowing & Lower Body AMRAP - 20 min.
YT- Jump Rope Dudes- "Best" 5 min Jump Rope workout
Love your fun workouts today big on fun factor and tough but very time efficient. I need to be more like you in that regards. WTG and double high fives!!
Siobhan- Today's workout with more MB- a total body metabolic Sworkout for 48 minutes using heavy weights. It was tough but fun. 9am massage this morning so off I must run.
It's really great stay close with your adult children and visit. It's also great you visit your MIL, I'm sure she enjoys the company and the excuse to cook some of her Hungarian food. Enjoy blessed day & the massage.
